Strategy and Planning

Develop, implement, and manage the branch sales and operations plan to achieve the branch target.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for branch’s performance in sales, service, and compliance
  • Guide, motivate and drive branch staff towards achieving shared goals.
  • Develop new business and maintain strong relationship with customers and the community.
  • Maintain branch safety and security standards.
  • Implement strategies to achieve goals assigned to the branch as established in the Bank’s overall strategic plan; assist in the development of the annual budget for the branch and adheres to budget parameters.
  • Prepares daily and periodical reports of the branch targets, KPIs, and other related main information.
  • Grow and cross-sell bank products as per targets.
  • Conduct marketing branch and building the image of the bank within the community, institutions, and businesspeople to attract everlasting profitable business.
  • Achieve profitability targets through revenue maximization and prudent cost management.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all branch processes and adhere to bank policies and procedures.
  • Delivery of excellent customer service through maintenance of high service standards.
  • Ensure that there are no adverse reports from the audit findings of the
  • Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank and.
  • KYC//AML/CFT policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in branch operations and compliance
  • Good knowledge of banking products and services
  • Proven track record in sales achievement
  • Comfortable with a goal-oriented environment
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this role.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills. (Local knowledge and dialect would be beneficial in handling SMEs).
